Shipping Policy
I strive to process and ship all orders within 3-5 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays beyond my control.

Domestic Shipping: Orders within the United States generally take 5-7 business days for delivery.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Free shipping is available for domestic orders over $50.
Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is important to me! If you are not happy with your bracelet, I accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility: Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please email me at hi@jasminegolden.com. I will provide you with the return instructions.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For exchanges, I will cover the shipping cost of the new item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out to me within 7 days of delivery, and I will gladly provide a replacement at no extra cost.
